Hi! I'm Eva.
I am a booker, promoter, tour manager, and musician, and I’ve been working in the music industry for over 15 years.
In 2018, I founded my own agency, GRöli Music. As a solo entrepreneur, I’ve taught myself over the years, with a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, how accounting, finances, taxes, and project organization work in the music industry.
During the pandemic, I began sharing this knowledge through consultations and workshops for artists, bands, and organizers who want to build their projects in a self-determined, professional, and sustainable way.
My workshops and coaching focus on the direct implementation of your goals. Together, we build clear systems and strategies that help you grow your project independently and profitably, while cutting through organizational overload. This leaves you with more time, energy, and a clear head for what really matters: your music.

Workshop: BOOKING TOOLS & STRATEGIES (English)
My bandmate and I both decided to take this course, and had similar experiences. I feel that the class wasn’t trying to act like some kind of guide to hidden secrets and insider info, but instead a way to help musicians and other professionals step their game up, make an honest assessment of themselves, and a reminder that business knowledge is critical to what we do.
I feel like Eva’s presentation was honest and entertaining, and grounded in loads of real-world lessons learned. I feel far more ready to take on more of the work in both of my bands, thanks to this, and I look forward to additional coaching in the future!
